WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
The Dragon wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order from us. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at hello@thefantam.com within 30 days of receipt of the product to initiate a return or exchange. No returns or exchanges may be made after 30 days.
Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted. All returned products must be complete and include all components of the item being returned. Your refund will be processed once we receive and verify the returned merchandise, which can take up to 14 business days from the time we receive your return shipment. Worn apparel or broken
items are not eligible for return.
